The gardens, the vines, the beautiful function spaces, and the on-site accommodation make it a self-contained wedding world. Bridal hair and bridal makeup at Wandin Valley Estate is something I love being part of, because the estate has a warmth and a character that sets the whole day up beautifully. I travel to your accommodation on the morning - whether that’s at Wandin Valley Estate itself or in the surrounding area near Lovedale, Cessnock, or Pokolbin. The estate has on-site accommodation that works very well for bridal parties, and many groups choose to base themselves there to take full advantage of the property.

When the bridal party is based at the estate, there’s an easiness to the morning that I really enjoy working within. The surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is celebratory, and my job becomes even more about creating something beautiful rather than managing complicated logistics. Wandin Valley Estate sits in the Lovedale area, a quieter, more rural pocket of the Hunter Valley that I have a genuine affection for. The landscape here is softer than the Pokolbin wine village, more pastoral and green, with a beautiful light that works wonderfully for wedding photography.
