Amanda was absolutely incredible on my wedding day. She arrived calm, focused, and ready, and somehow managed to make every single one of us feel like the most beautiful version of ourselves. My hair held all day through the ceremony and into the dancing. I cannot recommend Bellus highly enough.
From my trial to the wedding morning, Amanda was professional, warm, and genuinely talented. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered something even better than I had imagined. My makeup lasted beautifully from the ceremony right through to the last dance.
I was so nervous about finding the right artist for my Port Stephens wedding, I wanted someone who knew the area and understood the relaxed, coastal vibe I was going for. Amanda nailed it completely. My hair and makeup looked natural, fresh, and perfect for a beach ceremony.
Getting ready at Audrey Wilkinson with Amanda was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of my entire wedding day. She had the most beautiful way of keeping everyone calm and laughing while she worked her magic. The whole bridal party looked stunning.
Amanda has a rare gift, she makes you feel completely at ease while also being incredibly skilled at what she does. I trusted her completely with my look and she exceeded every expectation. The airbrush foundation was flawless in every photograph.
Booking Amanda was the best decision I made in my entire wedding planning process. She travelled to Terrigal without any fuss, set up beautifully in our suite, and worked through six of us with total calm and precision. I would book her again in a heartbeat.
My Hunter Valley vineyard wedding was everything I had dreamed of, and Amanda’s work was a huge part of that. She understood exactly what I meant when I said ‘romantic but not overdone’ and translated it into the most perfect bridal look. Still obsessed with my photos.

Amanda’s professionalism and attention to detail is exactly what every bride needs on her big day. From our first meeting, to the trial and the wedding day, having her as my hair and makeup artist made me feel like I had one less worry on the day. She understood my vision and helped guide and tweak things until they were perfect. She was amazing with the organisation of every person involved in getting ready on the day (both hair and makeup of 7 people). She was on top of everything and willing to go that extra mile to make sure each and every person was happy with their end result. Amazing work by an amazingly talented woman! What can I say... Amanda is absolutely amazing with what she can do. I have never felt or looked more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and my husband couldn’t agree more. Amanda was amazing for my wedding day. I completed a trial session so we could work out was would look best. This made the wedding day even easier, as she knew exactly what I wanted. My bridesmaid and flower girls looked beautiful and she efficiently worked around us as we organised the ceremony at the same time! I would recommend Amanda at Bellus if you have a wedding or special function - I will certainly be calling Amanda for my next special event. Thank you for making my day everything I dreamed of.
Amanda was amazing, nothing was too hard. She was really easy going and did our bridal party on her own with time to spare. She was so professional and accommodating. I have been going to Amanda for years for colour and cuts and never had a bad experience. I also had Amanda and Lisa do hair and makeup for my wedding which was fantastic they came to me at our apartment. I had no idea what I wanted for my hair and let Amanda choose the style to match my theme for the wedding it turned out perfect.
Amanda did a truly amazing job of my wedding hair and make-up! I loved the hair even more than the inspo pictures I showed her. Amanda did wedding hair and makeup for myself, my 3 bridesmaids, and our mothers. She is one very talented lady, everyone looked beautiful and I don't know how she so calmly managed to have us all looking so great with time to spare. Amanda did my hair for my wedding day back in 2008. I could not fault her professionalism and my hair was exactly the way I had imagined. Since this time I have been a regular client of Amanda’s and can not recommend her enough to others.
