Mobile means I come to you. On your wedding morning, I arrive at your home, your hotel room, your venue accommodation or your Airbnb with a complete professional kit, and I set up in your space. You don’t go anywhere. You don’t drive. You don’t sit in a chair in a busy salon while strangers walk past. You stay exactly where you are, in the place where you’re getting ready, surrounded by the people who matter most to you.

Think about what a wedding morning in a salon actually looks like: early alarm, traffic, finding parking, sitting in a chair with strangers, travelling back to get dressed, potentially being late if any part of that chain breaks down. Now think about what a mobile morning looks like: your alarm goes off, you pour a coffee, your bridesmaids are around you, the champagne is open, your playlist is on, and I knock on the door at the time I said I’d arrive and bring everything with me.

The getting-ready morning is one of the most photographed, most remembered parts of a wedding day. When it’s calm, relaxed and joyful, when you’re in your own space with your people, it shows in every single photo. That energy carries through to the ceremony and into the whole day.

I come to the vineyard, I set up in your suite or cottage, and you never have to leave your beautiful surroundings until it’s time to walk down the aisle.

The light in the Hunter Valley on a spring or autumn morning is extraordinary, warm, golden and soft. I set up wherever the light is best so that your results are consistent regardless of what the room offers, but honestly, the natural light in those vineyard properties is something I look forward to every time.

My Kit Comes With Me, All of It

One concern brides sometimes raise about mobile services is whether a travelling artist can bring the same quality of kit as a salon setup. The answer is yes, absolutely yes. My mobile kit includes:

• Professional-grade hair tools - straighteners, curling wands, rollers
• Full makeup kit with products for all skin tones and types, including traditional and airbrush foundation
• My airbrush compressor and equipment
• Clips, pins, padding, extensions, lashes, everything needed for any style

There is nothing I can do in a studio that I can’t do on location. The only difference is that you don’t have to leave to get it.

Your Whole Bridal Party, Looked After

The mobile service extends to your entire bridal party - bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls, anyone else you’d like included. For larger parties, I bring in my trusted team of experienced stylists who work under the Bellus name. I personally lead every booking, I’m on location for the full morning, and I complete all bride services myself. Whether it’s two people or twelve, your whole party gets ready together in one place, at one time, with one coordinated team looking after everyone.

That sense of togetherness on the wedding morning, everyone in the same room, getting ready together, is something so many of my brides tell me afterwards was their favourite memory of the whole day. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of it.
